Korea's industrial production went down in June amid a sharp drop in capital investment and weaker exports.<br /> Statistics Korea says overal output for all industries fell seven tenths of a percent on-month, turning negative after posting growth in April and May.<br />Production in services did rise slightly by two tenths of a percent, but it was offset by declines in mining and manufacturing.<br />In manufacturing, output in semiconductors and electronic parts increased but production in vehicles and chemical products fell, driving down output by zero-point-eight percent on-month.<br />Capital investment continued to nosedive for a fourth straight month, dropping nearly six percent on-month in June. <br />
